Cultivating presence within yourself and with your partner are so key for your love longevity. Experience a customized guided session that help you open, ground, release and bond. (Yoga does mean 'union' :) 

Desire more mindfulness - ease and calm for your; special event, bachelorette babes or wedding party? We can facilitate guided yoga, stretch, breath & meditation 

and customize it on the groups level. 

We provide 60/90 or 2 Hour sessions that can be customized to provide; thai yoga bodywork, energy healing, breathwork, yoga and more.  Nervous system reset is sexy.
